Every purchase counts. At VICTORIACRUZ, we are with Valencia

It's time to help. For every piece of jewelry you buy, a portion will be raised to directly help people affected by DANA. Valencia, we are with you.

On October 29, the worst DANA of the century completely devastated the Valencian town of L'Horta Sur, unexpectedly destroying some of the jewelry stores that are part of the VICTORIACRUZ family. In the midst of this situation, it is time to help local businesses. Therefore, with each purchase you make, you will directly contribute to helping people affected by the floods, without intermediaries. Your support will be very important to them. With transparency, we will show you how your contribution reaches the hearts of those who need it most.

The catastrophe caused by the DANA in Valencia has forced Valencians to live through times of uncertainty after the destruction it has left in its wake, destruction that has also affected businesses in the jewelry sector and that will have to be recovered with a lot of patience and help. Regrettably, this situation affects us closely and several jewelry stores that work with our brand have lost everything they had built up over many years of work and dedication. Alginet, Alfafar, Algemesí, Alaquás, Benetússer, Chiva, Catarroja, Paiporta, Picanya and Utiel are the municipalities that will receive our donation.

The jewellery shops affected by the floods will continue to move forward, because their workers have the word effort in their DNA. The mud and water could have taken many things, but it did not take any of them. That is why they persist and dream of returning to the normality that invaded them hours before the tragedy. However, they know that it will not be easy. They have to start (almost) from scratch. And from VICTORIACRUZ we want to give them a hand so that they can see the end of the tunnel in which they live as soon as possible.

Every time you make a purchase with us, a portion of that sale will go to help these affected workers, without intermediaries or organizations. We want you to be sure that your support reaches us directly. We are aware that transparency is essential, especially when it comes to helping those in need. Therefore, we will send you proof that your donation has been used correctly. With each piece of jewelry from VICTORIACRUZ, we spread hope and reconstruction in Valencia.

We support our clients

How we are going to help

How does VICTORIACRUZ ensure that aid reaches the right destination?

At VICTORIACRUZ, we have established direct contact with affected people, as they are part of our family. Every week, we will allocate a percentage of our weekly sales and transfer it directly to their bank account. In this way, we ensure that the help is fast, effective and direct, without intermediaries.

Why don't we donate 100% of sales to aid?

Our desire is to be able to donate as much as possible. At this time, helping is the only thing that matters. Considering that VICTORIACRUZ continues to be the livelihood of our employees and their families, we will allocate a significant percentage of our sales to direct aid, while continuing to cover our operations and the well-being of our team. We believe that this is a good way to contribute to the cause without compromising the stability of our employees.

How can we be sure that the funds will be used correctly?

Transparency is essential to us. At every stage of the process, we will keep you personally informed about the progress of this aid. We will share with you updates on the transfers and their impact on the lives of these people, allowing you to see how together we are helping to rebuild their home and business.
