VICTORIA CRUZ® offers a 2-year guarantee * on all its jewelry.
We want you to enjoy your jewel and that is why we put at your disposal a two-year guarantee that covers possible manufacturing defects.
* The warranty validity period may vary depending on the current law of the country where the purchase is made.
The jewelery bath has a 4-month warranty as long as it meets the warranty's own requirements. After that period, if you want to give your joy a bath, you can contact us.
The guarantee does not cover:
Wear of the jewel for normal use.
Loss / theft / theft
Incorrect use (eg direct contact with creams, perfumes, chemicals, knocks, forced torsion of the piece, sudden changes and / or prolonged exposure to high temperatures, scratches on the glass ...)
No product is presented without the original warranty and / or an official receipt inscribed with the correct model code for the product and the date of purchase.
Repairs or modifications by a workshop or unauthorized persons outside VICTORIA CRUZ®.
In cases not covered by the warranty and / or beyond the warranty period, we offer our workshop service to resolve any incident.
Parts under warranty which, due to changes in collections or other circumstances, cannot be repaired or replaced will be replaced with an item of equal or equal value to that purchased. In the case of not being within the guarantee, the replacement of the part will be budgeted.
All our jewelery carries a distinctive VC seal that guarantees the jewel's originality. The materials used are of the highest quality such as 925 Sterling Silver and Swarovski® crystals.
NOTE: All our jewels are made with 925 Sterling Silver. The gold or pink jewels were delivered to the jewel in gold or rose gold plating. This bath is normal with wear and tear. A quick use can make this bath disappear faster or by the sweat or PH of each person. The use of your jewel in swimming pools, spas, the beach or with direct contact with creams and perfumes can cause it to wear down.
The solution to make it shine like new again is by giving it another bath. Consult our workshop services or contact your official VICTORIA CRUZ® distributor for advice. In the event that your jewelery has lost its color before you expected, we advise you to look at your purchase guarantee and consult the nearest authorized VICTORIA CRUZ® dealer.
