How to Make an Exchange?
We want you to be happy with your jewelry, so you have 15 days from the purchase date to make an exchange or return, as long as the jewelry is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, simply go to "VIEW MY ORDER" in your email, select "request a return," and choose "EXCHANGE" as the reason. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm the item you'd like to exchange it for. Note: The cost of collecting the package will be deducted from the total refund, but shipping the new jewelry is FREE. Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
How to Make a Return?
We want you to be satisfied with your jewelry, so you have 15 days from the purchase date to make an exchange or return, as long as the jewelry is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Refund
The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment within 15 calendar days of receiving the jewellery (the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank).
Exchange for VC Card
An exchange for a VC Card is available, where the order amount will be refunded with an additional 5% and no expiry date. No extra charges will be applied for the cost of collecting the package.
IMPORTANT: exchanges will not be accepted for products personalised by the customer.
