We make every effort to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. If at any time such an error occurs, outside the control of www.victoriacruz.es, it will be corrected immediately. All contractual information on www.victoriacruz.es is displayed in the Spanish language (Castilian), and communication with customers and users, as well as the formalization of the contract, will be carried out in this language.

4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content published in the store, including designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, industrial designs, and any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use, are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights held by VICTORIA CRUZ or third-party holders who have duly authorized their inclusion on the website. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF CLIENTS AND USERS

Generally, the user is obliged to comply with these general conditions, as well as to comply with the special warnings or instructions for use contained in them or on the website, and to act in accordance with the law, good customs, and the requirements of good faith, using due diligence, and refraining from using the website in any way that may prevent, damage, or deteriorate its normal operation, the goods or rights of VICTORIA CRUZ, its suppliers, the rest of the users, or, in general, any third party. The client agrees to facilitate the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery hours. In case of non-compliance by the client with this obligation, VICTORIA CRUZ will not be held responsible for the delay or impossibility of delivering the requested order.

2. ORDER PLACEMENT
   To place an order, you must log in to www.victoriacruz.es. You must add the product you wish to purchase to the cart, following the instructions on the screen, filling out the provided order form, and validating it. It is essential that the billing and shipping form details are correct, as VICTORIA CRUZ will reproduce the written text exactly without modifying letters, capitalizations, punctuation, etc. All specifications and other details that the buyer desires in the product must be transmitted at the time of placing the order. If the customer does not specify their personalizations, VICTORIA CRUZ will select the default details, without the customer being able to reject them. VICTORIA CRUZ will not be obligated to request any missing information from the customer for the manufacturing of the product. However, VICTORIA CRUZ may, in cases where an error is detected, contact the customer via the email provided in the form to request clarification of the missing information.

In such cases, the delivery period will be suspended and will resume once the customer responds to the request made by VICTORIA CRUZ. If in the previous case, after 60 days from the request for additional information by VICTORIA CRUZ, the buyer does not respond, the order will be considered canceled, and the price will not be refunded.

Once the customer places the order, including all the details and specifications they desire, and pays the price, and therefore the purchase order is validated, no changes will be accepted for 30 days, during which time the item can be returned in its original box with all the elements that the sent package contained and the completed return form. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

The prices and offers presented on the website are valid exclusively for online orders placed at www.victoriacruz.es and may not coincide with the prices and offers in other stores associated with VICTORIA CRUZ in Spain. The customer's order validation expressly implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of contract as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by VICTORIA CRUZ constitutes proof of all transactions made between VICTORIA CRUZ and its customers. VICTORIA CRUZ will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized, and it will be accessible. Once the purchase is completed, and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of the purchase, the VICTORIA CRUZ Customer Service will send you a purchase receipt via email.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
   We want you to be happy with your jewelry. Unless it is a personalized item, you can return it within the next 30 days. Only returns previously authorized by VICTORIA CRUZ will be accepted. To request this authorization, the buyer must first contact VICTORIA CRUZ via email at [email protected], indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Once the return is authorized by VICTORIA CRUZ, the buyer must send the product to the following address:

Once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the money will be refunded, or a new product will be sent, consisting of the same item if the customer so desires. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase. If it is a product that does not correspond with the order or was incorrectly purchased, the customer will bear the cost of the first shipment, with VICTORIA CRUZ covering the return and the shipping costs for the new product. If it involves errors or specifications attributable to the buyer in placing the order, the buyer will bear all shipping costs.

1. WITHDRAWAL
   You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 business days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 business days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify VC JEWELRY 1958 S.L.U., C/ Tomás de Villarroya, 10, postal code 46017 Valencia (Spain) via email at [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may also make an unequivocal statement of your decision through a letter sent by postal mail or fax. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
   The selection of products offered at www.victoriacruz.es is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, within the available stock limits. The product sheet for each item indicates the time frame within which we can ship it. If the merchandise is in stock, shipping will be made on the next business day, with a delivery time of 1 to 3 days. If we do not have stock, we will place a supplier order, with an estimated delivery time of 10/12 business days.
4. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES
   The selection of products offered at www.victoriacruz.es is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, within the available stock limits. The product sheet for each item indicates the time frame within which we can ship it. If the merchandise is in stock, shipping will be made on the next business day, with a delivery time of 1 to 3 days. If we do not have stock, we will place a supplier order, with an estimated delivery time of 10/12 business days. VICTORIA CRUZ does not offer cash-on-delivery shipments.
5. PAYMENT
   VICTORIA CRUZ offers various payment methods for you to choose the one that best suits your needs: Payment by Credit Card: You can use Visa, MasterCard, or Amex. If you pay by VISA or MasterCard, the charge will be made in deferred mode, i.e., at the time of shipment. This way, only the items shipped will be charged, and at the time of shipment. If the payment gateway informs of the card's rejection, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary that the issuing bank complies with the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
6. WARRANTY FOR CONSUMER GOODS
   In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all VICTORIA CRUZ jewelry has a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, and we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund the amount of the product. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us via email at [email protected]. This warranty does not cover possible breakages or wear and tear caused by use. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

No warranty will be provided in the following cases:

• The product is presented without the original warranty and/or an official receipt with the correct model code for the product.
• The item has been improperly modified or repaired by a workshop other than VICTORIA CRUZ.
• Improper use.

For cases not covered by the warranty, we offer our workshop service so you can continue to enjoy your favorite jewelry. Manufacturing defects do not include: normal use of the jewelry that leads to loss of rhodium plating or damage to the crystals caused by use.

1. APPLICABLE LAW. SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION
   Sales made on www.victoriacruz.es are subject to Spanish law. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these contractual terms and conditions, the courts that will hear the matter will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations on competent jurisdiction, which, in the case of final consumers, will be based on the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the buyer's domicile.
